This is a hands-on learning experience full of learning that is fun.

Dr. Mary S. Florek is a Gifted Specialist in the Catalina Foothills School District. She has her master's in reading and her doctorate in curriculum and instruction. She is currently teaching grades 3-4-5 at Sunrise Drive and Canyon View Elementary. She loves both children and reading!

The Preview Class is a glance into the Math League season that is made up of a series of local contests throughout the school year. Top-scoring students will be able to advance to a District Championship in the Winter before qualifying for the State Championship, and possibly the National Championship. The Preview Class is an opportunity for students to see if they have the focus, persistence, self-direction, and ability to work with others. Team members must commit to weekly meetings and local weekend contests throughout the season.
