All activities are first-come, first-served basis and often fill quickly.

Classes are subject tocancellation due to lowenrollment. If this happens, you will be contacted either by phone or email prior to the start of the quarter for a full refund or class change.

If a class you wanted to registerfor is FULL, please make sure to click the yellow button on the class to be added to the waitlist.This will ensure you are contacted if a spot becomes available.

If your student will not be attending a class or will need to be picked up early, please call the site before 1:00pm.

Community Schools adheres to the same cellphone/communication device policy in effect during school hours. Students must follow and abide by the technology user and discipline code.

Cancellation, Drop, and Change Policy
Standard Fees

• Administrative Fee: A non-refundable $25 fee applies to each program drop or change request processed.

Changes Made Prior to the Registration Deadline

• Participants may drop or modify their class or camp registration prior to the posted registration deadline, subject to the $25 fee.
• Any remaining balance after the fee is deducted can be refunded to the original form of payment.

Changes Made After Courses Begin

• After deducting the $25 drop/change fee—the remaining balance may be applied as a credit toward an immediate program transfer.
• After the First Class: The available credit is prorated based on the remaining number of sessions remaining. If the new program costs more than the calculated credit, the participant must pay the difference to complete the transfer.
• No refunds or credits after the second class.

Community Schools reserves the right to exclude a student from a Community Schools activity if it is established that the student has violated any provision outlined in the student discipline policies, rules, and/or regulations. Additionally, the Community Schools staff may exercise discretion in removing a student if such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the activity or the school as a whole.
