All activities are first-come, first-served basis and often fill quickly.

Classes are subject tocancellation due to lowenrollment. If this happens, you will be contacted either by phone or email prior to the start of the quarter for a full refund or class change.

If a class you wanted to registerfor is FULL, please make sure to click the yellow button on the class to be added to the waitlist.This will ensure you are contacted if a spot becomes available.

If your student will not be attending a class or will need to be picked up early, please call the site before 1:00pm.

Community Schools adheres to the same cellphone/communication device policy in effect during school hours. Students must follow and abide by the technology user and discipline code.

• Dropping a course prior to starting will incur a $25 drop fee.
• Dropping after the course starts entitles you to a 75% refund, or you can leave the balance as a credit on your account minus a $25 drop fee. 
• No refunds if we remove your student from a class.
• There will be a $25 change fee for any type of class changes.
• A late registration fee of $25 applies after the registration deadline.

Community Schools reserves the right to exclude a student from a Community Schools activity if it is established that the student has violated any provision outlined in the student discipline policies, rules, and/or regulations. Additionally, the Community Schools staff may exercise discretion in removing a student if such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the activity or the school as a whole.
